Giving FAQs

The most common question we get is "what can we do to help?" We have encouraged people to consider donating to organizations we work with, but we know their ask is grounded in the search for something more formal, truly in Maisie's name and in her honor. In order to do that, we wanted to establish a fund in Maisie's memory that will do amazing things for children and families.

If you want to honor Maisie's memory, please donate.

If you want to support organizations that benefit children, please donate.

If you want to support poison prevention, please donate.

If you want to support safer medication practices and packaging in the fight against the opioid crisis, please donate.

Prior to the Donor Advised Fund, we have supported a number of organizations personally or via friends and family. Organizations include (but not limited to):

• Strong Museum of Play

• Dreams From Drake

• The Jack Foundation

• Ronald McDonald House of Rochester

• Golisano Children's Hospital

• Camp Stella Maris

• Upstate New York Poison Center

Future philanthropic activity would be to support programming at these organizations or groups with similar missions

Organizations or groups we have worked with, but have not (to date) provided financial donations:
